If you are not on the employee’s account as an authorized representative, we cannot discuss ANY details with you about their account. The employee can add you as an authorized representative by logging into their account and clicking on the "Go" button in the change box on the bottom right.

For Employers – This applies to those listed as a contact person or business owner.

For Agents – This applies to those listed as Agent of Record (AOR).

For Employees – We can only speak to the member unless the account has an authorized rep listed to act on their behalf.

Adult Expansion Information

Some Insure Oklahoma members will be moving to SoonerCare starting July 1. Notices have begun going out and will inform the member if they are switching to SoonerCare and explain why.

For more information, attend one of our virtual events. There is still space to register for the June 17 Brown Bag. If you did not receive an invitation, please contact us. The Brown Bags and the Employer Town Halls will cover the same information.  If you are registered for a Brown Bag, you do not need to register for a Town Hall.

Adult Expansion Benefits/Coverages

If your employers and their employees are asking about SoonerCare benefits, please refer them to the Adults 21 and over column under SoonerCare Traditional on the comparison chart located here.

Apply Online

Due to high call volumes as we near adult expansion implementation, we highly encourage you, your employers and their employees to apply online if possible. 

Timely Filing Reminder

Final Reminder: Insure Oklahoma is instituting a timely filing rule for submission of invoices for subsidy payment.  Beginning July 1, subsidy will not be paid on invoices six months or older. For example, the July 2021 invoice will need to be received by January 1, 2022. Please review your files and if you have any invoices that have not been submitted, submit them prior to June 30, 2021.

Coverage Extended Through July 31, 2021

The PHE period is being extended in 90-day increments by the federal government. The current date for extended coverage to end is set for July 31. However, we fully anticipate multiple 90-day extensions granted by the President to extend until the end of 2021. This is subject to change based on CMS guidance.
