For Employers – This applies to those listed as a contact person or business owner.

For Agents – This applies to those listed as Agent of Record (AOR).

For Employees – We can only speak to the member unless the account has an authorized rep listed to act on their behalf.

Helpline Closure
The Insure Oklahoma Helpline will be closed from 8:00 to 11:30 a.m. on August 1, 8, 15, 22 and 29 for internal training.

Holiday Closure
The Insure Oklahoma Helpline and office will be closed on September 2, 2019 in observance of Labor Day.

Regular hours (excluding holidays):

Monday - 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.
Tuesday - 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.
Wednesday - 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.
Thursday - 10:30 a.m. - 5 p.m.

Add new employees to your portal as you hire them. This will help avoid missed or delayed subsidies.

Your Frontline Connections

IO has a large team of professionals working to connect Oklahomans to quality health care coverage, and our program coordinators are your first point of contact when you have questions or need assistance.

IO program coordinators answer incoming telephone inquiries from employees, employers, insurance agents and participating health care providers. They also determine program eligibility as well as verify and enter data.
