Remember!
Employee enrollment with Insure Oklahoma must match carrier enrollment. For example, if two spouses are both employees of a group, but they are on the insurance as Subscriber and spouse, only the EEN for the primary subscriber has to be entered on the IO application. If they are both subscribers on the insurance, then both EENs must be entered on the Insure Oklahoma application.
Did you know?
IO team members are traveling the state to educate communities about the benefits of the program. If you would like us to set aside time to talk to you, please let us know.
Email your presentation, training and/or education requests to IOoutreach@okhca.org. We look forward to working with you!

Know where to go
If an employer needs to know the breakdown of their subsidy received, refer them to their statement on the Employer Portal. Payment subsidy statements will show who was subsidized and what Insure Oklahoma recouped, if anything, each month.
Reminder
We will not be able to discuss an employee’s account with you unless your name (not the agency’s name) is listed as an authorized representative. |
