Insure Oklahoma will only discuss information with a contact person listed on the account. 

For Employers – This applies to those listed as a contact person or business owner

For Agents – This applies to those listed as Agent of Record (AOR)

For Employees – We can only speak to the member unless the account has an authorized rep listed to act on their behalf.

Monday - 8 a.m.-5 p.m.
Tuesday - 8 a.m.-5 p.m.
Wednesday - 8 a.m.-5 p.m.
Thursday - 10:30 a.m.-5 p.m.

Attention, please!

Reminder

From time to time, Insure Oklahoma (IO) may need additional information from those we serve. Please remind enrolled members to upload any requested documents to their member portal when required.

No internet, no problem

IO members can provide their information by phone if they don't have internet access.

It is very important that your employees remember to enroll and/or renew their IO coverage. This can be done online through their member portal (mysoonercare.org) in a matter of minutes. To do so, they should have the following information available:

  • Social Security number (SSN)
  • Date of birth (DOB)
  • Employee eligibility number (EEN)
  • Household member and income information

Additionally, the member portal can also be used to make updates to their personal information, including address and phone number.

Those employees who do not have access to the internet can contact the IO Helpline at 1-888-365-3742 for assistance during regular hours.

ALL PARTICIPATING EMPLOYERS have access to their very own IO Employer Portal. The Portal allows you to change your password, add/update contact and employee information, assign benefit plans, view letters, and more!

IO program coordinators answer incoming telephone inquiries from employees, employers, insurance agents and participating health care providers. They also determine program eligibility as well as verify and enter data.
