Insure Oklahoma will only discuss information with a contact person listed on the account. 

For Employers – This applies to those listed as a contact person or business owner

For Agents – This applies to those listed as Agent of Record (AOR)

For Employees – We can only speak to the member unless the account has an authorized rep listed to act on their behalf.

Regular hours (excluding holidays):

Monday - 8 a.m.-5 p.m.
Tuesday - 8 a.m.-5 p.m.
Wednesday - 8 a.m.-5 p.m.
Thursday - 10:30 a.m.-5 p.m.

Income guidelines increase April 1

Insure Oklahoma (IO) income guidelines will increase effective April 1, 2019. These guidelines are as follows.

This advance notice is to help our employers prepare for the change. We appreciate your attention to this important update.

For faster service, DO THIS!

Update information and upload documents with ease through the IO Employer Portal. When you use the Portal to upload documents, updates happen quicker.

For the best service, please ensure that uploads are full-page (8.5 x 11) and one-sided. (Documents without staples make for easier scanning.)

Don’t waste time on “snail mail” and manual processing. Many employer admin functions can be completed online in a fraction of the time, including adding and terminating employee coverage.

If have questions or need assistance with accessing the Portal, please contact the IO Helpline at 888-365-3742 where our representatives are happy to assist you. You may also refer to our quickstart guide for how-to info on the Portal.

IO analysts are the folks who uncover more ways to serve our employers, members and agents better. They research and resolve issues related to the IO program in a timely manner. IO analysts also help to identify individual employer or agent training needs.
