    Where to send pay information

The Insure Oklahoma employee application sometimes requests documents to verify income. If income verification is required, please direct the employee to upload the documents through the employee's online account. This will ensure the document is added to the appropriate review queue. Please do not upload employee documentation to the employer portal.

Trouble emailing invoices? Here's the solution.

To help protect the agency from viruses, the Oklahoma Health Care Authority blocks all emails from outside the agency that contain the word "invoice."

When emailing invoices to Insure Oklahoma, please get creative with the description! To help ensure your email is received, please use other words, such as. "billing," "statement," or the abbreviation, "inv." You may also use the employer ID number in the subject line. We'll know what to do with the attachment.

    Recertifying employees

Insure Oklahoma will no longer backdate applications. Please ensure employees have reapplied and have been approved before their eligibility ends.
