Updated 2025 Ethics Rules are available! There are 2 versions of the Rules which provide a slightly different viewpoint of the laws:
-
Annotated Rules: Ethics rules with relevant comments, references and examples.
-
Ethics Laws: A compilation of laws that include civil statues, criminal statutes and Ethics Rules
Note: While titled as "Rules", the Ethics Rules have the full weight of law in Oklahoma as they are adopted and published in accordance with State statute.
