Regular Meeting and Public Hearing

The Ethics Commission of the State of Oklahoma will hold a Regular Meeting and Public Hearing Friday, December 11, 2020. The meeting will be held at 10:00 a.m. at the Will Rogers Building, 2401 North Lincoln Boulevard, Room 214, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. This meeting may be attended in person, but will also be viewable online to accommodate the social distancing guidelines and continuing precautions recommended in the Governor’s Executive Order 2020-20 and the CDC guidelines in regard to COVID-19.
Public Hearing and Public Comment: The hearing is to consider promulgation of changes to the Ethics Rules of Oklahoma published in Title 74 O.S. Chapter 62, Appendix and Appendix 1 pursuant to Oklahoma Constitution Article 29, §3. The Chair of the Commission may announce time limits for comments to be made at the beginning of the hearing. Written comments will be accepted as explained at Oklahoma Ethics Commission - Rule Amendments.
The Rules to be considered were posted at Oklahoma Ethics Commission - Rule Amendments on December 4, 2021, with a revised version of 2021-01 (Pre-2015 Committees) to correct numbering.
NOTE: This meeting is not a video conference meeting pursuant to the Open Meeting Act, but an in-person meeting that will be livestreamed.
