Primary Election Reporting of Independent Expenditures, Electioneering Communications, and State Question Communications
The Primary Election is 2 weeks from Tuesday, June 16, 2020. Political Action Committees (PACs), Political Party Committees, and entities making Independent Expenditures (IEs), Electioneering Communications (ECs), or State Question Communications (SQCs) prior to the Primary election on June 30, 2020 may have reports due before the Primary election.

Pre-Election IE/EC/SQC Reports
June 16, 2020 - June 22, 2020 Reports Due: Pre-Election Reports are due for Committees and non-committees making IEs, ECs, and SQCs:
- totaling $5,000 or more made prior to June 16, 2020; and
- not previously reported on an IE/EC/SQC Report.
Next Business Day Reporting: IE/EC/SQC
June 16, 2020 and ending on June 30, 2020: Reports are due not later than the next business day Committees and non-committees making IEs, ECs, and SQCs:
- totaling $5,000 or more and made from June 16, 2020 through June 30, 2020
- once $5,000 is reached, each additional IE/EC/SQC will require a next business day report regardless of amount.
- Enter IEs, ECs, or SQCs daily during the last two weeks before an election.
- Enter IEs, ECs, or SQCs in chronological order from oldest to newest
- Where to Enter Data and Filing Reports:

Committees: Log-in to the committee's Guardian System account to enter the information and file the reports.

Non-Committees: Go to http://guardian.ok.gov, and use the Special Reports tab to access the IE/EC/SQC Reporting page.
