Career Pathways Manufacturing Sub-Committee Endorses Dream It. Do It.

The Manufacturing Institute recently launched the Dream It. Do It. Network.  The Network offers local and regional workforce development innovators the opportunity to promote manufacturing as a top tier career choice.

Dream It. Do It. strives to:

  • Make students aware of the high-tech, high-paying opportunities in advanced manufacturing
  • Produce the qualified workers that manufacturers are struggling to fine, and
  • Help U.S. manufacturing reclaim its prestigious status as a leading industry in our economy.

The Duncan Region, in conjunction with their highly successful career pathways initiative, plans to implement Dream It. Do It. in the coming months.  Other regions in the state are also planning to implement Dream It. Do It.

At their meeting on May 15, the Career Pathways Manufacturing Sub-committee endorsed this initiative.
