Time is running out if you haven't completed the survey about the South Broken Arrow Library and the city’s potential contribution to Tulsa City County Library’s project.
TCCL has a project for new building to replace the South Broken Arrow Library. It’s designed to be twice as large as the original with an estimated cost of $12,000,000. Features of the new building include a drive-up service window, outdoor reading area, play space for children, large community meeting rooms, homeschool classrooms, huddle rooms, tech hub, Dr. Clarence Oliver Children's Amphitheater, and much more.
Through planned capital savings and private fundraising, TCCL has raised $6,655,000 for the project to date, leaving a funding gap of $5,345,000. This is where we need your opinion!
Should the city contribute funds to help close the gap and if so, how much money should it provide? Tell us today, August 18, before the survey closes at 11:59 p.m. Please click the conceptual renderings of the new library above or click the button below to access the survey now!
The survey is hosted by our partners at Polco. It opened July 28 and closes at 11:59 p.m. on August 18, 2025. Thank you for participating!
