  Five projects were brought before City Council for review during the June 2025 meetings:
- The Council approved a conditional final plat for 81st Street Industrial Park, located south of Houston Street and west of 23rd Street.
- Another conditional final plat was approved for Elysian Fields Two, south of and adjoining Elysian Fields One, located in the southeast corner of Tucson Street and Garnett Road.
- A Comprehensive Plan Change was approved for the Aequitas Tucson Development, located south of Tucson Street and west of Elm Place.
- A rezoning request and planned unit development were approved for The Plaza at Forest Ridge, located at the 17-acre property south of Kenosha Street and east of Oneta Road.
- Another rezoning request was approved for County Line Crossing, located north of New Orleans Street and west of 23rd Street.
