  Four projects were brought before City Council for review during the April 2025 meetings:

The Council approved a specific use permit for the Church of St. Benedict, located north of New Orleans Street and west of Aspen Avenue.
- A conditional final plat was approved for the Arrow Forge Innovation District, located east of Olive Avenue on the south side of Florence Street.
- Another conditional final plat was approved for Oakmont Hills, located at the northwest corner of Florence Street and Lynn Lane.
- The Council approved a conditional final plat for Hackberry Market, located at the northeast corner of Tucson Street and Aspen Avenue, near the Creek Turnpike.
