  Seven projects were brought before City Council for review during the March 2025 meetings:
- The Council approved a rezoning request for Brook Chase phases 4 and 5, located west of County Line Road and north of Washington Street.
- A conditional final plat was approved for the first phase of Honey Springs at Battle Creek, located in the southeast corner of Aspen Avenue and Dearborn Street.
- Another conditional final plat was approved for a new QuikTrip, located at the northeast corner of Kenosha Street and Evans Road.
- A major amendment was approved for the planned unit development for Ferguson Superstore, located at the southeast corners of Elm Place and the Broken Arrow Expressway.
- The site plan for The Enclave at Southern Trails at the southeast corner of Olive Avenue and New Orleans Street was approved.
- A conditional final plat was approved for Timber Ridge Residential, located in the southwest corner of Albany Street and 37th Street.
- Another conditional final plat was approved for Three Oaks, located north of Washington Street and east of County Line Road.
