  11 projects were brought before City Council for review during the December 2024 & January 2025 meetings:
In the December meetings:

The council approved a conditional final plat for Artesia II at Forest Ridge, located south of Kenosha Street and east of 79th Street.
- A conditional final plat for Pine Valley Reserve, situated at the northwest corner of New Orleans Street and Olive Avenue, was approved.
- The council approved a planned unit development and rezoning request for Aspen Park, located west of Kenosha Street and east of North Aspen Avenue.
- A PUD and rezoning request for Aspen Market at the northeast corner of Tucson Street and Aspen Avenue was approved.
- The council approved a major amendment to the PUD for The Enclave at Southern Trails, located at the southeast corner of Olive Avenue and New Orleans Street.
- A planned unit development and rezoning request was approved for the Gatesway Multi-Family project, located north of East Houston Street and east of 9th Street.
In the January meetings:
- The council approved a PUD and rezoning request for Tiger Crossing, located at the northwest corner of Albany Street and County Line Road.

A rezoning request for Promise Land development, located north of Houston Street and west of Oak Grove Road, was approved.
- A comprehensive plan change was approved for Northside Christian Church, located north of Kenosha Street and east of Elm Place.
- The council approved a comprehensive plan change for Furniture Row Lot Split, located north of Kenosha Street and east of Elm Place.
- A conditional final plat for Reserve at Pines III, located south of Omaha Street and west of 37th Street, was approved.
