  Eight projects were brought before City Council for review during the October 2024 meetings:
- The Council approved a rezoning request for Peak Development, located west of Aspen Avenue, just north of the Creek Turnpike.
- Another rezoning request was approved for Brook Chase Expanded, located west of 23rd Street and north of Washington Street. Additionally, a comprehensive plan change for Brook Chase Expanded was discussed but tabled until a future meeting.
- A conditional final plat was approved for Park Place III, located north of Kenosha Street, directly east of Midway Road, also known as 257th East Avenue.
- A conditional final plat was approved for Creekside at Forest Ridge Phase II, located north of Kenosha Street and east of Oneta Road.
- A conditional final plat was approved for One Gas Service Center, off 1st Place between Washington and New Orleans streets.
- A planned unit development and rezoning request were approved for Pathways Services, located west of Olive Avenue and south of Florence Street.
- A comprehensive plan change was approved for Aspen Park located north of west Kenosha Street and east of North Aspen Avenue.
- A comprehensive plan change was approved for Gateway Multi-Family, located on College Street between Lynn Lane and County Line Road.
