  Five projects were brought before City Council for review during the May 2024 meetings.
- The council approved a conditional final plat and planned unit development for seven lots for Aspen Ridge Business Park North, located just north of the Aspen Ridge Development at Aspen Avenue and Norfolk Drive.
- A comprehensive plan change was approved for Aspen Creek Village, located between the Creek Turnpike and Tucson Street, west of Aspen Avenue.
- The council approved a rezoning request for the Luth Residence, located east of Lynn Lane and south of Florence Street.
- A request to change the comprehensive plan designation for Villas at Battle Creek was approved.
- The rezoning request and specific use permit for the Floral Haven Expansion were tabled and is expected to be revisited at a future meeting.
