  Three projects were brought before City Council to review during the January 2024 meetings.
- A conditional final plat was approved for Home 2 Suites, located south of Albany Street and east of North Elm Place on Bass Pro Drive.
- Two conditional final plats were approved for the Pine Valley Ranch and Pine Valley Reserve subdivisions, located north of the northwest corner of New Orleans Street and Olive Avenue.
The council also approved a 90-day extension for city staff and the consultant to complete the tasks associated with the updated Zoning Ordinance. You can learn more about these approvals by clicking on the image below or by following this link.
