  Five projects were brought before City Council to review during its meetings in June.
- A planned unit development for Pro Day Sports located south of Omaha Street and east of Lynn Lane was approved.
- A planned unit development and rezoning request was approved for Rosewood Village, located north of Houston Street and east of Aspen Avenue.
- Another planned unit development was approved for the Adams Creek Town Center retail shopping center, located on the northeast corner of the intersection of East Hillside Drive and County Line Road.
- The site plan for the Centennial Crossing Townhomes planned unit development was approved, located east of North Elm Avenue and south of Omaha Street.
- A planned unit development and rezoning was approved for a storage unit facility located in the southwest corner of Omaha Street and Aspen Avenue.
