  Five projects were brought before City Council to review during its meetings in March.
- City Council approved an amendment for Mathis Sleep Center located in Kenosha Crossing near the intersection of Kenosha Street and Lynn Lane.
- The Council approved a conditional final plat for Scooter's at Battle Creek located on the northeast corner of West Omaha Street from North Aspen Avenue, across from the Walgreens.
- Two more conditional final plats were approved for Washington Lane IX and Stone Bluff 1 at Forest Ridge. Washington Lane IX is a 20-lot subdivision that will be located south of Washington Street and east of Lynn Lane. Stone Bluff 1 at Forest Ridge is a 30-lot housing development located south of Kenosha Street and east of 257th E. Avenue.
- The last conditional final plat approved was for PopShelf. This retail store will be located on Tucson Street, east of Aspen Avenue, next to the Starbucks by the Warren Theatre.
