  Three projects were brought before City Council to review during its meetings in February.
- City Council approved the Planned Unit Development (PUD) and rezoning request for Ironwood, a proposed single-family residential development in north Broken Arrow located at Omaha Street and Elm Place.
- Council also approved the PUD and rezoning request for property located at 19901 East Old Highway 51, near Houston Street and 23rd Street, southwest of the Broken Arrow Expressway.
- The Comprehensive Plan Change for Rosewood Village, proposed near Houston Street and Aspen Avenue, from Urban Residential (Level 2) to Transition Area (Level 3) was approved.
