Due to the number of sanitation trucks that are out of service at this time, our crews will empty the contents of solid waste carts and recycle carts into one truck for the remainder of this week. We expect to resume running separate routes, one for trash and one for recyclables, each day next week. We encourage you to continue separating your recyclables from your trash.
If you would prefer to drop off your recyclables at The M.e.t., it is located at 302 N. Elm Place and is open during its normal business hours. The M.e.t. is closed on New Year’s Day.
As a reminder, city offices are closed on Monday, January 2nd, therefore our sanitation collections will slide one day next week.
