The City of Broken Arrow has implemented a more secure, convenient, and user-friendly utility billing and online payment system. Customers may now access the Paymentus Customer Portal by following this link.
We also have step-by-step guides to help you register your account and enable the Autopay option.
REGISTERING YOUR ACCOUNT
When registering your account for the first time, the number of digits following the dash in the Account ID must be six digits. For example, if your Account ID number is 25896-5896, you will enter 25896-005896. If your Account ID number is 25896-58, you will enter 25896-000058. This is a necessary change for logging into the new system online and for the automated phone system and will only need to be entered when initially registering your account.
ENROLLING IN AUTOPAY
Customers who were enrolled in Autopay through our previous vendor, must re-enroll with Paymentus. Please follow the instructions on the link above.
ONLINE BILL PAYMENT THROUGH BANK
Customers who use online bill payment through their bank will need to notify their bank with their new Customer ID number and Account ID number so City of Broken Arrow utility payments will continue to post correctly.
KIOSK PAYMENTS
Customers may make payments through US Payments’ PaySite kiosks in select retail locations, including the kiosk in the lobby at City Hall. The kiosks will accept payment 24 hours a day. Follow this link to search for kiosk locations in the area.

- Bank autodraft
- Automated phone system. Please call 918-259-8409 and follow the prompts.
- Mail-in payment
- In-person at Utility Billing office located at 116 E. Dallas Street (Monday – Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.)
- Dropbox payment (Dropbox is located in the northeast parking lot of the intersection of Dallas and 1st streets.
- Kiosk
