The Broken Arrow City Council and the Wagoner County Commissioners approved an interlocal agreement that defines ownership, operations, and maintenance of border streets.
Part of the agreement includes New Orleans Street between 209th and 215th east avenues near Events Park. The City of Broken Arrow is now responsible for these six blocks of roadway and has announced construction on an improvements project is expected to begin in September.
