An Oklahoma Department of Transportation project to install a traffic signal on SH-51 at Evans Rd. is scheduled to begin Monday, Nov. 2 in Broken Arrow. The signal will be located one mile southeast of the SH-51/Creek Turnpike junction in Wagoner County.
