This project consists of the construction repairs to the foundations at Fire Station No. 2 located at 2300 W. Norfolk Drive, Broken Arrow, OK, 74011. The foundation repairs include concrete removal, drilling and installation of concrete piers and grade beam pier cap, and concrete apron repair.
Contract time for the project shall be Ninety (90) calendar days.
