Ohio Collaborative Community-Police Advisory Board to Meet Thursday
(COLUMBUS, Ohio) – The Ohio Collaborative Community-Police Advisory Board will meet in-person and virtually on Thursday, August 11 to discuss crisis intervention training (CIT) with one CIT presentation focused on a law enforcement officer’s perspective and another CIT presentation focused on a parent’s perspective.
Other agenda items include a community engagement presentation by Columbus Division of Police Officer Anthony Johnson and an update on law enforcement agency certification from Ed Burkhammer, director of Law Enforcement Agency Certification within the Office of Criminal Justice Services.
