Governor Mike DeWine announced grant support for law enforcement to target violence, including gun crime and human trafficking.

A Westerville man was indicted on charges of rape, kidnapping, impersonating an officer, and soliciting. 

Akron Municipal Court is working to support survivors of human trafficking through its RISE court program.

The National Underground Railroad Freedom Center received a grant to update its human trafficking exhibit. 

Two Cleveland individuals were arraigned in Cuyahoga County Common Pleas Court after being accused of running a prostitution ring. 

A Cleveland man was sentenced to 40 years in prison following convictions of sex trafficking and production of child pornography. 

An Oklahoma man pleaded guilty to coercing an Ohio minor to travel across state lines for sexual activity.  

The Ohio Department of Transportation announced a new initiative to fight human trafficking.
