Office of Law Enforcement Recruitment to Host Virtual Webinar on Women in Policing

(COLUMBUS, Ohio) - The Office of Law Enforcement Recruitment (LER) will host a webinar on women in policing.

With insufficient research on the understanding of unique challenges that female officers face and how to overcome these challenges, LER will bring individual experiences of women in uniform to the forefront by engaging in discussion centered on race and gender as it applies to women in policing.
