Authorities arrested 93 people during "Operation 614," an anti-trafficking sting operation led by the Ohio Attorney General's office. 

Freedom a la Cart, a catering company providing employment to survivors of human trafficking in central Ohio, opened its first brick and mortar bakery shop. 

The United States Department of Justice is investigating U.S. Representative Matt Gaetz over allegations of violating federal sex trafficking laws. 

A suspect is facing charges connected to a raid of a Youngstown home in a human trafficking investigation conducted by the Mahoning County Human Trafficking Task Force. 

The Cleveland Rape Crisis Center opened a drop-in center for victims of human trafficking to access a safe space, needed resources, and educational courses.

The Office on Trafficking in Persons (OTIP) recently published an updated map of Office for Victims of Crime and OTIP Human Trafficking Services Grantees.

National Missing Children's Day 
The Office for Victims of Crime Training and Technical Assistance Center has made available several resources in preparation for National Missing Children's Day. 

Love and Human Trafficking:  Social Media Toolkit
Polaris released a toolkit containing downloadable social media graphics and videos available to help communities understand the grooming process and how sex trafficking occurs.

Peer-Led Support Groups: Overview of the Empirical Research and Implications for Individuals Who Have Experienced Trafficking and Substance Use Disorders 
The National Human Trafficking Training and Technical Assistance Center released a literature review focusing on the ways peer support groups have been used with different populations who have experienced substance use and human trafficking victimization.
