The Ohio Department of Medicaid (ODM) has exciting changes coming to the MyCare Ohio program over the next year! Starting in January 2026, the Next Generation MyCare plans will support Ohioans who are eligible for both Medicare and Medicaid healthcare coverage in the 29 counties where MyCare Ohio is currently available, with statewide expansion following.

The Ohio Department of Medicaid (ODM) is pleased to announce improvements to the form required for requesting an Administrator change within the Provider Network Management (PNM) module, based on valuable user feedback. The updated form, ODM10304, has been developed to streamline the process and enhance security measures. Users can submit either the old or new form through April 1, but the updated form will be mandatory after this date.
