Ohio Medicaid Member News is a short, periodic email update on the progress of the ODM strategic initiatives for individuals who receive services through Ohio Medicaid’s managed care program.

The Ohio Department of Medicaid is committed to its mission to focus on the individual. As we continue to improve the Ohio Medicaid managed care program and prepare for the Next Generation MyCare program in January 2026, we want to make it easy to access the resources you need today. Below are programs and resources available to you.

Ohio Medicaid Managed Care Program

Ohio Medicaid expands your benefits to help address your unique individual healthcare needs. For more information, review the resources below:

• The Ohio Medicaid Consumer Hotline website provides resources to help members identify the managed care plan that best fits their healthcare needs, locate providers, and who to contact when assistance is needed, including:

MyCare Ohio Program

MyCare Ohio is a managed care program designed for Ohioans who receive both Medicare and Medicaid benefits. This program uses a team approach to coordinating YOUR care based on YOUR needs. Review the resources below for more information on the MyCare Ohio program:
