The Ohio Department of Medicaid resolved an issue where providers could not view fee‐for‐service remittance advices for provider payments made on July 5 and July 11 in the Provider Network Management module. As of July 17, fee‐for‐service remittance advices for July 5 and July 11 are now available in the Provider Network Management module.
What action do providers need to take?
Providers do not need to take any action.
