MHIA Out in the Community
Ohio Mental Health Insurance Assistance Office (MHIA) representatives connect with communities across the state, sharing important information about mental health insurance coverage and support.
Most recently, MHIA Program Director Hannah Wells and team members participated in several key events, including the Ohio Chamber of Commerce’s Behavioral Health Summit, the Ohio Program for Campus Safety and Mental Health Annual Conference, and the Pickerington Lion’s Club Meeting.
MHIA also joined the Springfield Rotary Club Meeting and Lucas County’s Area Office on Aging Spring Fling, where Hannah Wells and colleague Dave Painter (photo), of the Ohio Senior Health Insurance Information Program, engaged with attendees.
These events offer important opportunities to raise awareness, answer questions, and ensure Ohioans have access to clear, unbiased information about their mental health insurance options.
