Rep. Bird is a Co-Sponsor of House Bill 386
Representative Bird is a co-sponsor of House Bill 386 - legislation that will require applicants to present a current and valid photo identification when applying for a marriage license. Under current law, applicants are only required to prove their age, not their identity.
Acceptable forms of identification will include a U.S. passport, driver’s license, state-issued identification card, government-issued photo ID, or a school-issued photo ID.
House Bill 386 now moves to the Ohio Senate for further consideration.
Ohio Chemistry and Technology Council Advocacy Day
Rep. Bird had the honor of recognizing Clermont County and Brown County representatives from the Ohio Chemistry and Technology Council during House Session on Wednesday.
