In addition to informational videos, brochures and GIS mapping exhibits, staff will be on hand to answers questions about the Reappraisal, how it relates to a homeowner’s specific property, and how it will affect property taxes.
The Reappraisal Exhibitions will be held on the following dates and locations:
-
Tuesday, June 27, from 5:30 pm to 7 pm at the Upper Arlington Municipal Services Center, 3600 Tremont Rd. in Upper Arlington.
-
Thursday, July 13, from 6 pm to 7:30 pm at the Reynoldsburg Senior Center, 1520 Davidson Dr. in Reynoldsburg.
-
Wednesday, August 2, from 5:30 pm to 7 pm at the Columbus Metropolitan Library Parsons Avenue Branch, 1113 Parsons Ave. in Columbus.
The 2023 Reappraisal updates the property value of every parcel in the county to reflect their current market value, as required by state law. For information about the process, visit the Auditor’s Know Your Home Value website.
