BCI RAPBACK Fees Increase
Effective October 1, 2026, the Attorney General's Office is raising RAPBACK enrollment program annual fees by $3. The new annual fees are as follows:
- New Registrant - $8
- Registrant Renewal - $8
- New QA - $16
- QA Renewal - $16
Pursuant to Ohio Revised Code 4749.031(B), in addition to any other fees charged by the department under this chapter, an applicant for a license under section 4749.03 of the Revised Code, at the time of making an initial or renewal application, shall pay any initial or annual fee charged by the superintendent pursuant to rules adopted under division (H) of section 109.5721 of the Revised Code.
