Ohio Private Investigation & Security Services Commission (OPISSC) Appointments
On March 29, 2024, Governor DeWine appointed two members to the Ohio Private Investigation & Security Services Commission (OPISSC): Russel Ciballi and R. Michael Taylor.
R. Michael Taylor of Delaware (Delaware County) has been appointed to the Ohio Private Investigation and Security Services Commission for a term beginning March 29, 2024, and ending December 31, 2024, as a Class A company representative. Mr. Taylor has been operating Lycurgus Investigations since 2011. Prior to that, he had a career in law enforcement with the Columbus Division of Police.
Russel V. Ciballi of Mount Gilead (Morrow Coounty) has been appointed to the Ohio Private Investigation and Security Services Commission for a term beginning March 29, 2024, and ending December 31, 2025, as a general public representative. Mr. Ciballi has prior law enforcement experience and is currently the Director of Public Safety for Easton Town Center.
