Per Ohio Revised Code 4749, registrants must submit a BCI and/or FBI background check in order to obtain a PISGS registration card. Fingerprints are processed by the Ohio Attorney General’s Bureau of Criminal Investigation (BCI).
To find a location near you, the following link takes you to the BCI website that lists vendors Webcheck Community Listing - Ohio Attorney General Dave Yost. To narrow your search, you can select county or zip code.
It is recommended that you contact the vendor to verify their hours and ensure they are set up to process ORC 4749 webchecks.
