"It shall be the duty of every licensee licensed under the provisions of Chapter 4749 of the (Ohio) Revised Code to furnish each of his investigator and security guard employees with an identification card furnished by the department of public safety (department), and maintain a record thereof."

According to *Ohio Administrative Code 4501:7-1-10 "Each employee shall produce his identification card upon the request of an authorized representative of the department or any law enforcement authority."
