New Photos Are Required For Registration Renewal
Per Ohio Revised Code (ORC) 4749.06(B)(1), it is required that "each employee's registration application shall be accompanied by one recent photograph of the employee." Thus, a new registrant photo must be submitted each year during the renewal process.
A photo comparison feature is included with the PISGS Online system as a reminder of this requirement. This feature can be utilized by clicking the Save button before adding to the Cart.
In order to minimize the chance of rejection, the photo examples below are to assist in recognizing acceptable photos for submission.
