Registration Cards - PDF Version
Dear Licensee,
At the request of our licensees, PISGS has resumed providing the PDF version of registration cards, in addition to the plastic cards.
Once a registration application (new or renewal) is approved, the PISGS system will generate and send an automated message to the company contact email address. This message will include two files: the list of registrant names and the corresponding PDF registration cards.
Please verify that all cards were received using the matching list of registrant names. You may receive multiple messages depending on the volume of approved registrant cards.
Once these files are received, you can expect the corresponding plastic cards to arrive per the standard USPS delivery schedule.
Please remember to update your contact email address to ensure accurate and timely delivery.
