Reminder: When submitting fingerprints for background checks, verify the WebCheck location has your Social Security Number (SSN) correct. If the SSN is incorrect, your registration application will not be approved.

You will then need to re-submit fingerprints and pay the fee a second time.

Also, be sure that the results are direct copied to "PISGS - Department of Public Safety" and indicate the reason for the background check is "ORC 4749.06 - Private Investigator/Security Guard."
