Licensees can check their roster at any time by logging onto the company home page and clicking on "Roster."
When reviewing your company roster, check that all registrants are in APPLIED, APPROVED OR TERMINATED status. If your roster shows anyone in DENIED or EXPIRED status, this should alert you to a violation.
When an individual is DENIED registration, you are required to either terminate their registration if they are no longer working, or apply for a new registration, if they are.
Anyone who shows as EXPIRED either was not terminated or was not renewed on time.
Checking your roster regularly can help you avoid costly violations.
