NO LONGER REQUIRED

No Quarterly Reports

In accordance with recent rules changes, Ohio Revised Code 4501:7-1-09 (Registration of employees) no longer requires that licensed providers send a quarterly roster report to PISGS.

Maintaining an accurate roster is the responsibility of each provider, so periodic reviews are recommended. However, the results are no longer required to be submitted.
