LICENSE RENEWAL STATUS CHECK
Have you submitted your provider license renewal, and want to make sure it was received? Here's how to check:
Open your company home page on PISGS Online and look for the following in the center of the screen:
COMPANY NAME
Company License #
License Status
Expiring: 07/01/2021
(see example below)
The status of your provider license renewal will appear in red text on the screen. As a reminder, check your transaction cart to be sure you paid for the renewal and submitted it.
After completing the application, if your transaction cart does not show the $280 minimum license renewal fee, call PISGS at (614) 466-4130 for assistance.
All provider license renewals are due by July 1, 2021.
