ALLEN COUNTY: (UPDATED) Highway construction update
Week of November 2, 2020
LIMA, Ohio (Thursday, October 29, 2020) The following construction projects are anticipated to affect highways in Allen County next week. All outlined work is weather permitting.

INTERSTATE 75 PROJECTS |
Interstate 75 between Napoleon Road and state Route 235, just south of the village of Beaverdam to three miles north of the village of Bluffton, in Allen and Hancock counties, will experience lane restrictions and ramp closures for paving and reconstruction through November 2020. NEW IMPACTS
- I-75 southbound between the villages of Bluffton and Beaverdam will have daytime lane restrictions until noon.
CONTINUING IMPACTS
- Nighttime lane restrictions, 7 p.m. – 7 a.m.
State Route 65/Elm Street and Pine Street at their intersection in the city of Lima closed June 1 for replacement of the bridges over the Ottawa River. Completion is expected in late fall. Visit the project page for more information.
CONTINUING IMPACT
- The bridges at Elm Street and Pine Street are closed at the intersection of Elm Street and Pine Street.
- Eastbound detour: Central Avenue to Market Street to Bellefontaine Avenue (SR 309/SR 117).
- Westbound detour: Bellefontaine Avenue (SR 309/ SR 117) to Market Street to S. Union Street.
