ROCKET SYSTEMS ISSUES A VOLUNTARY RECALL OF CBD GUMMIES, ACV GUMMIES, CBD TINCTURE, CAPSULE PRODUCTS, AND COSMETICS

The products were produced without the benefit of inspection from the Ohio Department of Agriculture.

Cincinnati, Ohio (January 18, 2024) – Rocket Systems Inc. is issuing a voluntary recall of its ACV Gummy, CBD Gummy, CBD Tincture, Capsule products and cosmetics due to the product being produced without the benefit of inspection from the Ohio Department of Agriculture.

The products were produced on various dates ranging from December 31st of 2022, through January 2nd 2024. Select production dates, products and lot codes for the following brands are affected by this voluntary recall:

The issue was discovered during a routine inspection conducted by the Ohio Department of Agriculture. There have been no reports of illness involving products addressed in this recall.

Individuals exhibiting signs or symptoms should contact a physician. All product involved in this recall should be disposed of, or returned to 415 Greenwell Avenue Cincinnati, Ohio 45238.
