 After 40 years of service, the manufacturer no longer provides maintenance for the electron microscope. As a result, ADDL will no longer be offering electron microscopy services. Antibody/antigen and/or molecular assays are available as alternative diagnostic tests. Please refer to our Tests and Fees list to see the most current offerings at the ADDL.
Updated General Submission Form Now Available
Our General Submission Form has recently undergone minor revisions. The PDF has been updated, making it easier to fill in information required for submission of your samples and specimens. The fax number has been updated, and downloading the fillable PDF allows you to provide a clinical history as well as your digital signature. Please use the most up-to-date form that can been downloaded from our ADDL website.
The Ohio ADDL will be closed on Friday, July 3rd, 2020 in observance of Independence Day.
