The 2025 HDHP Open Enrollment began on October 28, 2024 and will run through November 30, 2024. To complete your enrollment, make changes to your current HDHP plan, or to discontinue coverage under the HDHP plan, please visit your member page in Dayforce.
Please ensure to update your HSA election, as the 2024 contribution amount will not automatically rollover to 2025.
PPO Open Enrollment will be January 27 - February 28, 2025.

The Benefits and Wellness Office would like to invite you to one of our High Deductible Health Plan Open Enrollment Presentation Trainings to learn more about the HDHP Plan with HSA so that you can decide if this plan is right for you.

This will be focused on the new for 2025 AFSCME 1632 HDHP plan.
